The day did not start out too good but at least I got to be with my parents for the whole afternoon. The atmosphere this year is a little dead. The main highlight would have to be all the kuih tarts and kek lapis. Not forgetting my gran's nasi minyak. Hohhhhhmygod, best thing on Earth.
Still, why do we seek forgiveness only during hari raya. And why would people want to refrain from behaviours or habits during the fasting month, if they intend to commit them right after it's over?
It's hypocritical. Seriously.
